KIDS ON SUNDAYS

At Re:Hope, we really care about kids.  We want to see children learn the good news about Jesus, get to know Him as their Saviour and follow Him for their whole lives.  We want kids to learn about who God is and take their first steps in worship and prayer.

On Sunday mornings at the 10:30am gathering, we have a supervised crèche for babies and toddlers and run a children’s group: Wee:Hope for 5-11s.

With current Covid-19 regulations we need everyone attending to register in advance each Sunday for track and trace purposes.

We believe it is important for children to learn about Jesus in a fun, loving and safe environment. Therefore all our team members go through a process in order to serve. This includes an Access NI background check.

Crèche (0 - 4)

During the 10:30am gathering, 0 - 4 year olds have their own room with age appropriate toys, books and sensory play.  Kids are given space to play and a snack can be provided.

On Your First Visit

Registering your child is quick and easy.  You can register on Sunday using a simple form with your details, your child’s details and an emergency contact number.  We’ll ask about allergies, any medical details or other information that would be helpful for us to know about. All information will be securely stored. If you are planning a visit, take two minutes to register your child/children in advance!

We’ll need you to check your child in before leaving them in our care.  Check-in opens in the crèche from 10.20am. One of our Host Team can show you where to go.

Some parents like to keep their children with them during the service. It’s not a problem if you’d prefer to do this. If your child is having a hard time being separated from you, we are happy to work with you to make you and your child more comfortable.

If there are any issues that need your attention during the gathering, one of our crèche volunteer team will send you a text.

Please remember to check out your child as soon as the service finishes.

Wee:Hope (5 -11)

We believe it is important for children to learn about Jesus in a fun, loving and safe environment. Therefore all our team members go through a safeguarding process in order to serve, this includes Access NI checks and yearly child protection training

Wee:Hope follows a kid friendly programme which encourages children to grow in their love for Jesus, to learn from the Bible and pray big, faith filled prayers.  At Wee:Hope, kids can see that the Bible is alive and exciting! They can see that the God who does amazing things in these stories, is still the God we have with us today; He still hears and answers prayer.
